Timeseries of the snow surface temperature acquired at the Col du Lautaret (French Alps) during winter 2021-2022 with an uncooled thermal infrared camera - v2 - UTC

EasyData
Source

This dataset contains maps of the surface temperature of snow acquired at the Col du Lautaret (French Alps) every 2 minutes during winter 2021-2022 with an uncooled thermal infrared camera (TIR), timeseries of RGB images of the scene acquired every 10 minutes during operation of the TIR camera, timeseries of the surface temperature acquired every 30 seconds at two distinct points in the camera’s field of view, and the TIR camera’s internal temperature. It also includes map of the distance and observation angle between the camera and pixels. All times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Lineage

This dataset is the second version of "Timeseries of the snow surface temperature acquired at the Col du Lautaret (French Alps) during winter 2021-2022 with an uncooled thermal infrared camera", published at https://doi.org/10.57932/d4e105c4-b6a3-4520-b174-3913fbb20cb7 . In this second version, all times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) instead of local time (UTC+1) and a map of the distance and observation angle between the TIR camera and the snow surface were added. Data was produced and processed by Université Grenoble-Alpes and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS, Institut des Géosciences de l'Environnement). Data is property of the Université Grenoble-Alpes (Institut des Géosciences de l'Environnement) and the Centre National d'Études Spatiales (CNES).
