Étendue de la superficie rizicole saisonnière à Telangana (Inde du Sud) - Données vectorielles

L'étendue saisonnière de la zone de culture du riz est une variable agro-hydrologique cruciale en Inde, fortement liée aux fluctuations des eaux de surface et des eaux souterraines, elles-mêmes liées à la variabilité du climat et aux extractions d'eau antérieures pour l'irrigation. La zone de culture peut être considérée comme une stratégie d'adaptation à court et à long terme des agriculteurs à la variabilité du climat. Ces données vectorielles ont été produites à l'issu de missions de terrain pour chaque saison de croissance de riz pour permettre l'utilisation d'une approche de machine learning pour la classification d'observations multi-temporelle des satellites Sentinel-2 pendant la saison sèche (période sans nuages, Rabi, déc. à avr.) et de Sentinel-1 pendant la saison des moussons (Kharif, juil. à oct.), comme décrit dans le premier article de Ferrant et al., 2017.
