CDS THEIA-OMP
New altimetry data structure derived from the L2 GDR format provided by space agencies. A normalized trace is a data structure in which the altimetric measurements (GDR) collected during successive cycles are arranged in cells along the orbit. This organization facilitates the collinear analysis of altimetric data, allowing analyses such as time series, averaging, and other types of data analysis in these cells. This structure can be provided by CTOH for any altimeter mission in repetitive orbits (ERS-2, Envisat, SARAL, Jason-1, Jason-2, Jason-3, Sentinel-3A and B).
