Physico-chemical data, Albalatillo, Flumen, Spain
CDS THEIA-OMP

This dataset was obtained during the Aguaflash program. It contains data measured at the Albalatillo village situated on the Flumen river, in the Huesca Province (North-East of Spain, Ebre watershed). The Flumen drains an area of 1500 km². The catchment is dominated by forests and pastures upstream, by non-irrigated crops in the central part and dominated by irrigated crops downstream (corn, barley, rice, alfalfa). The hydrological regime is pluvial but strongly influenced by drainage canals. The maximum discharge is in winter and minimum discharge in summer, with an average annual discharge of 6.3 m³/s. The average annual precipitation ranges between 400 and 1000 mm depending on the season.
